Tree trimmers arrived today (they trim every three months) and provided the morning’s entertainment. Inside one tree was a beautiful pod. Karen thought briefly about taking it home but then her better judgment kicked in, and we just photographed it.
The ocean claimed a lot more sand overnight, creating some steep banks.
If it’s Thursday it’s Pupu Night here at Hoyochi Nikko! After a delicious banquet of pupus, Jeff (an owner) and I blew our conch shells to celebrate sunset.
If Max was there, he would be watching the tree trimmers too! Impressive conch blowing skills. 😊

All little boys, and maybe some little girls too, would love watching these guys climb the trees. Kris, there’s a POG here with your name on it. And dinner was hull hull chicken sandwiches with chips and dip.
